Welcome to my website.
I'm so glad you are here!
For more than 30 years, I’ve worked in physical rehabilitation, helping people navigate recovery, change, and the process of finding their way forward. For the past 16 years, much of that work has been alongside women and men recovering from cancer.
During those years, I’ve celebrated milestones, witnessed remarkable resilience, and listened closely to what people experience after treatment ends. Again and again, I’ve heard a version of the same question: “Why don’t I feel like myself yet?”
Medical treatment may be complete, but recovery often continues in ways that aren’t as easily seen or measured. Fatigue, changes in the body, uncertainty, stress, and a loss of confidence can linger long after the appointments become less frequent.
That’s where my work as a wellness coach begins.
I help people make sense of this next stage of recovery, reconnect with their bodies and themselves, and discover what living well can look like now.

Recovery doesn't end when treatment ends.
Medical care helps you survive cancer.
Wellness coaching helps you reconnect with your life afterwards.
Treatment may be over, yet recovery still matters.
After cancer, you may be experiencing:
-
fatigue
-
heaviness and swelling
-
body changes
-
feeling unlike yourself
Wellness coaching complements medical care.
A personalized approach to recovery
My coaching is guided by the VIBRANT Recovery Roadmap™, a framework I developed to support the physical, emotional, and practical aspects of life after cancer treatment.
Rather than following a one-size-fits-all program, we begin with where you are now—what you're experiencing, what matters to you, and what would help you feel more confident moving forward.
Treatment is over, but you may still find yourself asking questions no one prepared you for:
-
Why am I still so tired?
-
Why don't I feel like myself anymore?
-
Why am I afraid to move?
-
Why do I still have swelling?
-
Is this normal?
-
Why do I feel so alone now that treatment is over?
If you've asked yourself any of these questions, you're not alone.
I created a complimentary guide to help you better understand some of the most common experiences women face after cancer treatment. Inside, you'll find gentle, evidence-based insights, reassurance, and practical first steps to help you reconnect with your body, your confidence, and your life.

10 Signs Your Recovery May Need More Support
I'll send the guide directly to your inbox. I hope this guide helps you better understand what you're experiencing, offers reassurance that you're not alone, and encourages you to take the next gentle step in your recovery.

Recovery doesn't end when treatment ends - and you don't have to navigate it alone.
Recovery isn't about getting back to who you were before cancer. It's about reconnecting with who you are now.
